.: An Early Day Filled With Fun

Last night before going to bed, the plan was to wake up early and go to Wal-Mart while Caden stayed asleep with Casey. Caden is an excellent shopping partner, but our Wal-Mart gets so crowded that I can't stand going during the day. So, I figured getting there early would solve everything. I guess nobody works around here. Apparently Caden must have known I planned on leaving him because he woke up at 6:45a.m.! I laid him beside us in the bed hoping he would go back to sleep but he just laid there quietly until 7:30a.m. I had planned on getting up at that time anyway so I just decided to take him. I didn't want to have to wake him up early if he was sleeping which is why I had planned on leaving him at the house anyway.
Since Caden went with me I decided to take him to McDonalds to eat and play. He ate a chicken biscuit and loved it. After we were done eating Caden and I got into the play place and walked around. They just remodeled the McDonalds so the play place is really nice. He loved playing in it and loved the slide. He found this alligator at the very top he kept getting on to ride. When we left McDonalds we went to Wal-Mart and got all of our groceries. I had them filled to the top of the basket and could barely turn it. We were very low on groceries lol. When getting bread, which was the last item, Caden got sleepy and decided to go to sleep. Poor little guy was a trooper and made it longer than I expected.
Needless to say he slept from 11:15-3:20 he was so tired. I got to catch a little shut eye too ; ) When Casey got home we decided to go out to eat at Babe's. Its such a good place but a bit pricy. It's more of a once in a blue moon restaurants. Caden loved the scenery and music. He just kept dancing while eating chicken and mashed potatoes. He kept letting us know about the deer head on the wall and the chickens on the roof tops. He was very concerned about them throughout the meal. He loved it when the workers did the Hockey Pokey. He was dancing in his seat. All in all today has been a fun filled day. Now it's time to kick back and watch the Goofy Movie with the Family.
